I know I just did a post about an easy school morning breakfast, so I decided to go along the same lines & give you guys some easy lunches you can pack for work or school!
Monday
- Salad, hummus & crackers
Tuesday
- Sandwich, fruit
Wednesday
- Pasta salad, protein bar
Thursday
- Wrap, homemade fries
Friday
- Rice with grilled chicken &/or veggies
I usually just switch between all of these combos. I prep my lunch the night before so I can just run out the door. I also save a lot of money by not eating out all the time. Some weeks I have salad most days, others I’ll eat leftovers, but for the most part, this is what you can expect to see in my lunch bag!
