Chic of the Week

Hi guys! Happy Friday šŸ™‚Ā

I am excited to have some content other than a Fabletics outfit to share! I love sharing cute workout sets, but now that it’s fall, I’m ready to share some warm, cozy outfits.Ā

I had a photoshoot a couple of weekends ago & got some awesome photos! We went to a field in the middle of Gilbert, AZ & took these shots. It’s truly crazy what you can capture when you take good photos. It was about 90 degrees when these were taken, but you’d think it was a crisp, fall day!!Ā

The top is from Forever21! I think it comes in other colors, but I am digging the burnt orange look for this season. It’s warm & makes a cute oversized sweater, or you can tuck it in front, for a more polished look. I can’t wait to wear this to work & class when it’s actually cold! I looked online to link it, but I literally couldn’t find the same one I have, so I linked something similar. The jeans are so old, but I linked a similar pair. I’ve actually been on the search for a new pair of black jeans because these ones are low rise & I just CAN’T. So uncomfy. The shoes are from Urban Outfitters & they are the perfect black bootie.

I just got back from a fall trip to Durango, Colorado so be on the lookout for a little travel guide! I got a couple of days off of school for fall break, so my parents & I took a little trip up north to experience fall. It was lovely! Now I’m back to the grind, but feeling refreshed & inspired.Ā

Chic of the Week

Hi guys! Happy Friday!

Another mirror selfie today because ya girl has not had time to go out & take pics recently! BUT now that I actually have a full length mirror in a good location, mirror selfies are becoming the new norm. I was shooting a fall campaign this week & put together this little number & it actually turned out cute! I was dying sweating in the teddy coat, but worth it because the pics turned out!!

Teddy bear coats are SO in this fall & so comfy. I can’t wait until I can actually wear it all the time. This mind sound crazy, but it’s dipped below 100 degrees in Phoenix & everyone is so excited about it hahah but it’s a sure sign that fall is coming & I’m here for it! Anyway, I found the coat at Nordstrom Rack a couple of years back, but I’ll link a similar one because you need one in your life!! The top is my favorite white tee from Zara, & the pants are LC Lauren Conrad.

Chic of the Week

Hey guys! Happy Friday!

I was saving this outfit for the perfect occasion because I knew it would be cute & I was right! Hahah I got a lot of compliments on the skirt & so many questions about where I got it! Animal print is so in style now & I’m not mad about it! It’s so fun & can be dressed up or down. I wore this to work, but it would also be cute with a graphic tee & sneakers.

So for the outfit details: The top is originally from Zara, but thrifted from Buffalo Exchange. The skirt is from Forever21 for only $15!! Unfortunately they are already sold out of the exact one I have, but I linked a similar one. But check in-store too because that’s where I got mine! The shoes are from Target & the perfect size heel. They are a tall heel, but I can wear them all day without getting too uncomfortable. They can be worn to work, but I also wore them for my 21st birthday soooo. The sunnies are Ray Ban.Ā

In all honesty, this has been a WEEK. I wore this outfit yesterday because it made me happy & confident & I think that’s exactly what fashion is about!! I love sharing outfits every week & I hope it gives you guys style inspiration so you can be happy & confident too šŸ™‚

Chic of the Week

Hi guys! Happy Friday!Ā

I finally went to a pumpkin patch last weekend & I had a full-on photoshoot! I am lovinnngggg this sweater! It’s really light so perfect for places like AZ that don’t really get that cold. I ordered it from Luca + Grae, one of my favorite shops! The skirt is from Buffalo ExchangeĀ & I’ve talked about it a couple of times. One of my best thrifting finds! I think the boots are from Rue21 like forever ago. I have to admit I liked that place in middle school… I’ve linked a cooler pair šŸ˜‰ I’m not sure where the beret is from because I got it as a gift, but it’s seriously SO cute!Ā

Chic of the Week

Hello & happy Friday!Ā

I am soo happy because it’s finally sweater weather! It has been cool & rainy in Phoenix this week & I’m actually in love. Making me think that maybe I could live in Seattle!

The top is from Charming Charlie & I want to say I got it a couple of years ago. But the bell sleeves are still in style, so I’ve linked something similar below. The pants are LC Lauren Conrad & the shoes were actually my grandmas! I seriously get so many compliments whenever I wear them, so I did my best to find a similar pair.Ā

We get a couple of days off school for fall break this week so I’m excited about that. I’m going to Sedona tomorrow & then my friend is getting marrrieeddd on Sunday!! I’ll still try to have a post up on Monday for you guys šŸ™‚ I’m thinking another beauty review!

Chic of the Week

Happy Friday guys!!Ā

This week’s Chic of the Week is one of my work looks! I have to dress professional, but I still find ways to express my style & be comfortable. My outfit makes a big difference in my confidence, so it’s especially important when I’m at my internship.

The top is thrifted, but originally from Madewell. They’re having a sale right now that you don’t want to miss… take 25% off new season essentials! I love Madewell’s style, so I was excited to find this cute top. It is also in my favorite color – light pink! The pants are so super comfy & they’re from Target. It’s like wearing pajamas to work!Ā The shoes are probably my most worn pair because they go with everything. They’ve been deemed my ā€œTucci’sā€ because I used to call them my Guccis, but they’re from Target hahahah

Tomorrow is the first day of fall & to say I’m excited is an understatement. I can finally drink pumpkin spice lattes without being too judged.

Chic of the Week

Hey guys! Happy Friday!Ā

No, I didn’t forget about my Chic of the Week! I just had a busy morning. I went to yoga & then work & then I got coffee with my mommy! I’m just now sitting down to write, so here I am, live & in action!Ā

This week’s look is my attempt at a transition outfit. Unfortunately for me, I’m in Arizona where it won’t feel like fall until November! But I can’t complain because I love being warm. This skirt is from Buffalo Exchange, & it is my favorite place to thrift. They are very picky about what they take, so it is a lot of high quality, high-end clothing, but for lower the price! This top is also from there, but originally from Topshop. My favorite way to add personality to an outfit is with a pop of color! That’s why I chose to wear light blue sandals. I got them at Charming CharlieĀ a long time ago, but they are still super in. Get them while they’re on sale!Ā

I want to start doing my Peak & Pit every week on here! For those of you that don’t watch Keeping up with the Kardashian’s, it’s where they talk about the highlight of their week & then the worst part of their week. I think it would be a fun way to talk to you guys, so let me know in the comments your peak & pit šŸ™‚Ā

Peak:Ā  I got pumpkin pie pop tarts at the grocery store this week. Went in for one thing & came out with a bunch of things I don’t need! But all in the name of fall amiright?Ā

Pit: School. I’m honestly over it lolĀ

Chic of the Week

Hey guys! Happy Friday šŸ™‚Ā

This week’s Chic of the Week is from my PNW vacation! I was literally so cold the entire trip. I don’t like being cold!! And yet, I’m way to excited for fall & Halloween & Thanksgiving & Christmas… Also, this was taken in front of FLOATING HOMES. How cool is that?? It made me want to pick up my life & go live on the water.

The sweater is from H&M, but it’s a couple of years old. I’m really digging rainbow sweaters for this season! The pants are thrifted Levi’s & I would say they are my best thrift purchase to date. They fit so well & are high waisted & cropped, which are the only kind of pant I wear. They are super cute paired with a belt. The shoes are white mules from Target šŸ™‚Ā

I feel like I’m finally, kinda-sorta getting my life together. Four weeks into school šŸ™‚ Better late than never though! I had a super fun weekend in Houston last week for a wedding, & tomorrow I’m going to brunch & a football game! Best way to spend the weekend if you ask me! I’m also going to finish the travel diary from my trip. I’m like a month late but… it’s fine.Ā
